Abstract:
Mine "Erma” is developing a small part of the deposits of the Madan pool. In its composition there are three areas, of which main is "Murzyan north". Within the area of "Murzyan" is found and explored limited in area meta deposit with relatively complex mining and geotechnical conditions. For these conditions are carried out a large volume of feasibility studies, on the basis of which is designed and implemented an advanced stoop-and-room system with non-standard for the mine technical solutions. Instead of natural pillars are implemented concrete columns, built without mold in pre-built column spaces. The location of the columns is consistent with the expected rock pressure, and to ensure the roof is used anchor roof support, including long two-diameters anchor, type TFA-DD. To enhance the safety and the effectiveness of labour is justified the implementation of new technical means, including non-standard one.
